~Grading Scale~
Pins are handmade, so they are not perfect and usually come with imperfections. For this reason, I sell my for-profit pins in grades based on quality. Please see below for details on how my pins are graded. Please keep in mind that pin grading is subjective, so my grading standards may be different from someone else's. What I consider "noticeable", "minor", "moderate", and/or "major" is subject to my personal opinion.
A GRADE pins may have minor imperfections that are noticeable close up, but not at arm’s length.
B GRADE pins have minor to moderate imperfections that are noticeable close up, but not at arm’s length.
C GRADE pins have moderate to major imperfections that are noticeable close up and may be noticeable at arm’s length.
SECONDS GRADE pins have the worst imperfections of all. Many have imperfections that are noticeable at arm’s length and/or at a small distance. These would otherwise be thrown away, but I sell them at a deep discount in an attempt to reduce waste.
Imperfections may include (but are not limited to):
~ Enamel underfill/overfill
~ Specks/marks in enamel
~ Scuffs/scratches
~ Over polished metal
~ Nicks in metal
~ Plating imperfections
~ Tarnishing
~ Misaligned screenprint
~ Bent posts
My grading scale applies only to the front of pins. I do not follow my grading scale when grading the backs and sides of pins. For these areas, I am much more lenient, especially for the back.
~Shipping~
Please allow 2 weeks for me to pack and ship your order. If you need your order rushed, please contact me.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you need an address change, please let me know as soon as possible.
~Refunds/Returns/Exchanges~
I do not normally offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if I make a mistake (ex. if I send you an incorrect grade - this includes all grades except seconds), please do not hesitate to reach out to me! In addition, an order may be canceled if I have not purchased the shipping label yet. In this case where I have not made a mistake, you will be charged a restocking fee.
~Preorders~
Preorders typically take 3-6+ months to fulfill due to the lengthy production process. By purchasing a preorder from my shop, you agree to wait at least 6 months for your order to be fulfilled.
Preorder pins are mixed grade. This means the pin you receive will either be A grade or B grade. You will not receive a C grade.
The money made from a preorder is used to fund its production. As such, all preorder sales are final except for the following circumstances:
~ Funding goals are not met
~ Production is canceled
~ Significant design changes
~ Production takes longer than 6 months
If funding goals are not met and/or production is canceled, all orders will be automatically refunded. If the design changes significantly during production and/or production takes longer than 6 months, refunds will be granted if requested.

~Damaged/Lost/Stolen Mail~
I have no control over packages after they have been dropped off at the post office and therefore cannot refund damaged/lost/stolen mail. If something does go wrong with your package, feel free to reach out to me, and we can discuss any potential solutions.
~Customs and Import Taxes~
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
~Payment Options~
I only accept payments through Stripe.
~Combining Orders~
To combine orders, please use the code COMBO on any orders made after you have placed your first order. I do not combine orders if this code is not used. Orders that abuse this code will be refunded.
